Improve technique while building combinations and improve conditioning during your hard fought HIIT rounds. Each workout is 10 rounds and each round is three minutes in length. Ive added heart rate data on screen to further motivate you while you work. You have 30 seconds between rounds where I breakdown the next round and show your first combo in the upcoming round.
